Dorset areas we cover

Near to Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Puddletown, Sherborne, Yeovil, Portland and Bridport. There are a number of Pilates sessions on offer in and around the surrounding towns and villages including Weymouth, Martinstown, Tincleton  Puddletown. The sessions on offer are matwork, Reformer, studio Pilates and  bespoke private tuition in a fully equipped and dedicated Pilates studio.

Getting to Poundbury Pilates from Weymouth

By road: A354 Weymouth Relief road, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A35 to Honiton, at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto B3150 and continue straight onto Bridport road, turn right and destination will be on the right.

Getting to Poundbury Pilates from Wareham

By road: A 352 to Dorchester, turn left on to A35, at the roundabout take the second exit to stay on A35 to Honiton, at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto B3150 and continue straight onto Bridport road, turn right and destination will be on right.

Getting to Poundbury Pilates from Puddletown

By road: take A35, at the roundabout take second exit to stay on A35 to Honiton, at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto B3150 and continue straight onto Bridport road, turn right and destination will be on right.

Getting to Poundbury Pilates from Preston

By road: take A353 Preston Road, at the roundabout take take third exit onto Littlemoor road/ A353, at the roundabout continue straight onto Weymouth relief road A354, continue to follow A354, at the roundabout take first exit onto A35 to Honiton, at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto B3150 and continue straight onto Bridport road, turn right and destination will be on right.

Getting to Poundbury Pilates from Yeovil

By road: A37  Dorchester road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the B3510 and continue straight onto Bridport road, turn right and destination will be on right.

Getting to Poundbury Pilates from Portland

By road: A354 to Weymouth, at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto Weymouth Way/ A354, at the roundabout take second exit onto Weymouth Relief road/ A345,  continue towards Weymouth Relief road/ A354, Slight left on to Weymouth Relief road A354, at the roundabout take first exit and stay on Weymouth Relief road/ A354, at the roundabout take first exit onto A35 to Honiton, at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto B3150 and continue straight onto Bridport road, turn right and destination will be on right.
